The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager who understands technology, not just process. You’ll coordinate complex IT projects across engineering, data, AI and cloud domains — keeping teams aligned, risks visible, and delivery moving.
At BindWorks, PMs aren’t ceremony facilitators. They’re delivery owners. You’ll work with skilled technical teams and demanding clients, and your job is to create clarity, remove friction and make sure we consistently deliver what we promise.
What You’ll Do
️ • Plan, track and control technology projects from kick-off through delivery and closure
️ • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and competing priorities
️ • Facilitate communication between engineering teams, business stakeholders and clients
️ • Prepare executive-level reporting, status updates and KPI dashboards
️ • Run and adapt Agile ceremonies or delivery frameworks to the project context
️ • Proactively identify blockers, escalate when needed, and drive decisions to closure
️ • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted delivery partner
What We Need From You
️Non-negotiable
️ • Proven experience managing IT projects end-to-end
️ • Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and/or Waterfall methodologies
️ • Strong stakeholder management skills — you can talk to a CTO and a CFO in the same afternoon
️ • Experience with risk management, change control, reporting and scope management
️ • Ability to lead through influence in environments where you don’t manage everyone directly
️ • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools
️ • English B2+ — client-facing communication
️Strong differentiators
️ • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PO or SAFe certification
️ • Experience managing cloud, data, AI or software development projects
️ • Experience in international or nearshore delivery contexts
️ • Background in consultancy or multi-client environments
