You turn raw data into models that make decisions. In production. Reliably.
About BindWorks
BindWorks is a Portuguese IT consultancy built differently. We’re not a CV farm. We’re not a body shop. We are a team of engineers, architects, and delivery professionals who genuinely care about the work we do — and about the people who do it.
We partner with national and international clients to build meaningful, lasting technology: cloud-native platforms, data ecosystems, AI-powered products, and complex enterprise systems. We invest in long-term relationships — with our clients and with our people.
If you want to work on real challenges, grow fast, and be part of a company where your voice matters and your craft is respected — you’re in the right place.
Our engineering culture is built on four pillars:
️ • Ownership
we don’t just deliver tasks, we own outcomes
️ • Craft
clean, well-designed, maintainable software is non-negotiable
️ • Growth
we invest in people through certifications, mentoring and challenging projects
️ • Transparency
flat hierarchy, honest communication, no corporate noise
The Role
We’re looking for an AI Data / ML Engineer who bridges the gap between data engineering and machine learning — someone who can build the pipelines, train the models, and make sure they keep working once they’re in production.
You’ll work on challenging analytics and ML problems across different industries: from predictions and classification to recommendations and anomaly detection. This is a role for people who care about the full lifecycle — not just the notebook.
