The Role
We’re looking for a Java Senior Developer with solid experience in enterprise-grade backend systems. You’ll be involved in architecture decisions, API design, system integrations and the kind of technical leadership that makes entire delivery teams more effective.

What You’ll Do
️ • Develop and maintain robust, scalable enterprise backend applications in Java
️ • Design secure, high-quality APIs and system components
️ • Participate in architecture discussions, data modelling and integration design
️ • Ensure quality through automated testing, code reviews and engineering standards
️ • Identify and resolve performance, resilience and maintainability issues
️ • Support the team’s technical development through mentoring and knowledge sharing
What We Need From You
️Non-negotiable
️ • Senior-level professional experience in Java development (5+ years)
️ • Deep knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Framework or Jakarta EE
️ • Experience with REST API design, microservices and system integration
️ • Strong SQL and relational database skills
️ • Experience with unit and integration testing: JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers
️ • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals
️ • English B2+ for client-facing contexts
️Strong differentiators
️ • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or other messaging / event-driven technologies
️ • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and major cloud platforms
️ • Familiarity with hexagonal architecture, DDD or clean architecture principles
️ • Experience with Quarkus or Micronaut
